Inviting everyone to celebrate Polish Independence Day and Rememberance Day culminating in a Gala Concert under the Patronage of the Consulate Genral of the Republic of Poland in Toronto.

W dniu dzisiejszym przy pomniku Polskiego Patrioty obok Centrum JPII w Mississauga. celebrowano  85 rocznicę wybuchu II wojny światowej.  Obchody rozpoczęto mszą świętą w Kościele  św. Maximiliana Kolbe, następnie uczestnicy uroczystości przeszli pod pomnik, gdzie wszystkich przywitał prezes KPK oddz.Mississauga pan Leszek Błaszczak. Współprowadzącym był phm. Konrad Dąbrowski. Kilka słów do zgromadzonych skierowali: p.Piotr Frelak Konsul RP w Toronto, p. Sheref Sabawy MPP , p.Peter Fonseca MP, o.Bogdan Osiecki OMI oraz p. Matt Mahoney City Councillor. Odśpiewano hymny Kanady i Polski, po czym nastąpiło podniesienie flag państwowych. Delegacje organizacji złożyły pod pomnikiem Patrioty wieńce i kwiaty. Uroczystość zorganizował Kongres Polonii Kanadyjskiej oddział Mississauga.

On Sunday, November 5th, the Polish Cultural Centre in Mississauga hosted the ceremony for awarding scholarships from the Millennium Fund of Polish Christianity in Canada, organized by the KPK Mississauga District and led by President Leszek Błaszczak and Vice President Barbara Stadnik-Felinczak. The event welcomed honored guests, including the Consul General of Poland in Toronto, Magdalena Pszczółkowska, and the President of the Fund, Marek Malicki, who highlighted the Fund's mission to promote Polish culture and provide support to students of Polish descent through scholarships and cultural initiatives. After heartfelt speeches, students were presented with scholarships by President Marek Malicki, and congratulations were extended by various dignitaries, including Consul General Magdalena Pszczółkowska and Vice President Stanisław Reitmeier.

The Canadian Polish Congress is celebrating its 90th anniversary with a Gala Jubilee event on June 6th, 2023. The ticket price is $90 per person, and tickets can be purchased from Leszek at 289.768.6056 or Janusz at 416.450.3748, as well as at the JPII Centre. The event program includes a cocktail reception at 5:00 pm, an official ceremony at 6:00 pm, dinner with wine at 6:45 pm, and a dance party with a band at 8:30 pm. The event will take place at the Millennium Gardens Banquet Centre, located at 20 Polonia Ave #100 in Brampton, ON L6YOK9.
